negativ: NO HOT WATER IN THE ROOM I HAD TO CHANGE,ROOM SIZE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR TWIN USE
positiv: The location of the hotel is nice being near to the tube station and Hyde Park .
negativ: One late afernoon went in the bathroom in my room to have a shower after a tiring day to find our that there were no bath towels . went down to reception and had to wait quite a while as the rooms officer were not in and the only receptionist had to look for the towels and he finally came back after some 15 minutes and meanwhile there were new guests arrving with no one at reception. i had to stay by the reception to wait for the receptionist to come back.
