Negative: tiny tiny tiny room and that was the third one.
first they gave another tiny smoker room. the one i got in the end was very dingy and tiny but at least non smoker. lift tooks hours.

Negative: extremely small room not suitable for tall people (short bed, low ceiling, small bathroom) and restaurant (at breakfast) that is out of tea (green) and panckakes (although included in the menu). Is it hard to mix flour, eggs, salt and sugar?
Positive: location location location. can't really be beat. the general ambience of the hotel is good, and the free wi-fi is an added plus. concierge very helpful.
Negative: some fixtures were broken. minibar not replenished. cleaning was done very late in the day. television quality is poor. reception staff is slightly gruff and "hard-edged" Size of the room is really not acceptable. Made tolerable only because of the loaction.
Positive: Friendly staff, no hassles with anything
Negative: small room, even for London.
