positiv: Clean nice hotel. Good service quality
negativ: Aircondition too noisy
negativ: taps in bathroom old and worn, shower taps dirty and bath area.
Main bedroom, television badly tuned and with dreadful sound quality.
Main entry door did not have lock and hotel staff walked in while I was sleeping after one quick ring.
Windows did not lock properly, so there was a lot of cold air coming from outside.
In a nutshell.....needs to be updated...too many worn appliances and not working properly.
negativ: No provision for making coffee or tea in the room
positiv: Nicely decorated lobby and corridors.
negativ: The room is not much bigger than in the other hotels along Heathrow's Bath Road ( I have been to almost all of them) and it is certainly not cleaner. My view was straight onto a concrete wall 2.5 meters opposite from the window. The TV programming does not correspond to the channels listed in the system and documentation. Bathroom lamps to dark for proper shaving. Cleaning staff very noisy in the corridors from 06:30 onwards (saves the wake-up call). Front desk staff obviously overworked, badly trained, not really interested. Made me sign a form where I accept a rate 30% higher than booked and were reluctand to change rate after I discovered their mistake. Never again.
