Positive: Location is ideal for central london, with pleanty of restaurant and cafes nearby
Negative: room at the front of the hotel with extremely poor single glazing, very noisy when people were in the street below in the arly hours. Need to use earplugs to help with sleep. Breakfast was poor limited buffet style breakfast and very busy breakfast room with a large proportion of tourists staying in the hotel which leads to a queue for an available table
Positive: very friendly and convenient location
Negative: corridors currently being refurbished so let the look of the hotel down somewhat. Corridors stuffy and smelled slightly fusty.
