Negative: Do not stay here!! If this is the only hotel available in London, sleep in the Park around the corner
Positive: Got more then I expected.
Negative: It would be nice to have a heating wall in a bathroom, to hang your wet towel. And to have a shelf in a shower to put a shampoo.
Positive: Daily cleaning of the room and soaps and shower gels provided as well. Towels changed daily. Staff overwhelmingly kind and keen to solve any problem. "If you're happy, I'm happy" I was said. Close to Paddington Underground station. Lots of guides to tourist attractions provided. Central heating was excellent (October and night temps at 9 C)
Negative: No hair dryer in the Room.
