Positive: Breakfast did not have any buffet element, but was nonetheless served very quickly.
Negative: On arrival the person at reception demanded full payment in advance. When I asked to see the room first, he became very surly. The decor is in very bad condition. It was difficult to contain the water from the shower, so the entire bathroom got very wet. The stool in my room was badly stained.
Positive: The Lady at the front desk on our departure date was very, friendly and efficient. The staff at our arrival at the front desk was not very fiendly. Breakfast was very good. Location was very good.
Negative: The size of the room was very small, even by London standards. The views described at the website of the hotel were not there. The bathroom facilities were very poor, flooding occurred after a shower. TV had no remote control. Carpets and walls in public areas were in bad shape.
Positive: when we arrived the only nice guy at the reception was a black guy but i don't remember the name he was very helpfull
Negative: first the staff in the resturant (brekfast) very very bad not smiling, everything we asked seemd to much for them! rooms for two people to small, that bathroom in the room 141 far to small (a big big joke),water not warm.
