Positive: warm, typical british athmosphere, friendly, good service
Negative: bathroom okay, but old water handle; room quiet, but you hear the steps of the neighbouring room due to timber floor (below a carpet).
Positive: Location is excellent. Close to most of the best sights in London. Staff are friendly and the room size comfortable compared to other places we had been to in London and Europe.
Negative: Air conditioning wasn't working properly. It would be on and off during our stay.
