Positive: Perfect hotel for a week-end in London. Located in a quiet street, but many restaurants, pubs, shops nearby. Central location for public transport too. If we come back to London, we'll definitely book a room there again!
Negative: Breakfast is too expensive - OK, but not really worth the price. However there are many places around the hotel that offer quality breakfast or sandwiches for a much cheaper price.
Positive: Hotel was comfortable and in a good location. Rooms and public areas were small, but well kept. Staff was helpful.
Positive: Size of the room and the location were the most positive characteristics.
Negative: The personnel was not caring so much to serve u.
Positive: On the positive side, the reception and in particular the restaurant staff were very friendly and efficient.
Negative: The room was tiny, in the basement at the back of the hotel with hardly any natural light. There was a lot of noise during the night - from my room i could hear the elevator automatic voices all night plus other guests slamming doors etc. The bathroom was tiny also with only a shower and no bath. This is not what I expected. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in London for business and this was certainly the worst experience I have had.
Positive: We were very pleased with the hotel and found it to be very good value for money at the price we paid for a hotel in London.
Negative: It was a bit difficult to find when we arrived but that was not a major problem.
Positive: Bathrooms are very clean and new. The Whole hotel is very well presented and I feel one gets value for money.
Negative: The room was rather small and should have been shown in the photos as such. The photo in the presentation is a superior room and not the "general"room. That aside, it is a great hotel and would not mind staying again.
