Positive: Great room and friendly staff.
Negative: I feel it needs a bar area for socialising with colleagues.
Negative: I was awoken by the sound of TV in another room somewhere at 6:30am on a Sunday morning. Hearing the BBC News channel go round and round with the same news for 2 hours was a little annoying.
Positive: None
Negative: No lift to floors 4&5.
Positive: Free WiFi was consistently connected and working well.
Easy walking to Paddington, Queensway, or Bayswater.
Negative: Window was a bit drafty.
Positive: Comfortable room, with separate sitting area. Very friendly staff.
Negative: Couldn't control my own air conditioning - room was a bit hot, but I was told that the whole air-con system was set to "hot" in the hotel, so I could have had it hotter, but not colder !
The kitchenette could be improved by using combination microwaves to allow oven cooking.
Positive: My son had a bad stomache and really messed up the floor/carpet. This news was well received by the staff & they cleaned up without any complaints.
Negative: We expected a slightly bigger room as we booked for a family of four. With extra beds and suitcases in the room there was not much space left. Also it was dark as we were in the basement floor.
Positive: Great hotel. Very friendly staff, good location and great value for money. Worth the stay.

Negative: lacking in that there is no where to sit together if you are with work colleagues and the description on HRS said breakfast was £15 but there was no where to have breakfast!!!
