Negative: Analogue TV doesn't work, needs to be changed to a Digital TV as London only has Digital Signal now!
Negative: I have been staying away from home for 11 years now, and this is the first time I have not had a toilet in the room. According to reception, this room was an upgrade, so I wouldn't like to see the original room. I don't know how a hotel can justify charging £100 per night when the room doesn't even have the basic facilities, and you have to walk down the corridor in the middle of the night to go to the toilet. I will not stay at this hotel again. According to the description, the room had a "Bathroom and shower" - yes it had a shower and a sink, but the description does not indicate the lack of a toilet.
