Positive: Quiet location. Breakfast was OK.
Negative: No convenient parking. Parking offered by hotel is a ripp-off at 15 £ per night. Room and especially bathroom was not clean at all. I asked for a different room - same situation. I asked for a 50% refund. The manager told me this was impossible because I paid cash upfront for the whole stay. No help was offered. There was a fire alarm early in the morning; the whole hotel was evacuated - but no compensation offered either... I hope you will be able to refund 50% of the money and possibly reclassify the hotel...so nobody else will fall into that trap again. Till now this was really the worst experience through HRS. Before this one I have been quite sathisfied with your system!
