Positive: Compared to other hotels in London, the room size was just ok for the price and location. The location of the hotel is very-very good and it is very quite. It is also very close to bayswater tube station. Nearby stations are queensway as well. The information available at the hotel was very good.
Negative: The breakfast quality was just ok. It didn't had much of the choice. The hotel should provide for drinking water facility by providing a water filter at the reception.
Positive: Very youthful atmosphere, service offering the extra something, excellent: concierge service in a three-star hotel
Negative: The minicab company of choice I found to be a complete rip-off. The hotel ought to pay more attention to the companies they cooperate with.
