Positive: very helpful staff
Negative: poor water pressure meant unable to fill the bath before the water in the bath was cold again. strong smell of onions from chinese below, we needed to ask for air freshner and purifier
Positive: Modern apartment hotel with big rooms, good location and nice facilities. I selected this hotel because they had DSL access in all rooms. Nice staff. They have an agreement with a nearby parking that costs £12 for an overnight stay.
Negative: The description does NOT say that they charge £12 for 24 hours' access to the DSL line. It was also rather tricky to make the line work and several attempts were needed. That network and parking should cost the same is a shame. At least it should be indicated in the description!
Positive: lovely apartment, for the same price as a standard hotel room. Excellent value and saves on food prices as there is a Sainsburys 2 minutes walk to stock up on food so you can take advantage of the oven, hob, Microwave and dishwasher.
Negative: There are stairs before you get to the lift to take you to one set of apartments, this could prove awkward if you have heavy bags. Although the staff are friendly and helpful so I'm sure there would be assistance if required. the corridors were also very narrow and tight - it seemed like I had to work my way through a narrow maze before I got to the room, and with large bags this was also awkward - but all made worthwhile when I got to the apartment...
