Positive: very clean - lovely room - no chance to sample food but bar service was polite and quick.
Negative: Welcome on reception wasn't good - solemn and didn't give any information on hotel or amenities -just said 'the lift's over there'.
Positive: Very nice room, well laid out and planned well with everything that was needed in a good hotel room.
Negative: The bar prices were astronomical - extremely poor value indeed, in fact felt frankly "ripped off" which meant we simply went elsewhere for a drink meaning that the hotel made no profit at all from us - others were doing this as well. I understand that drinks are more expensive in a hotel but £9 for a fairly ordinary glass of wine and £4 for a bottle of beer is completely over the top.
Positive: Staff are very friendly and attentive
