Positive: Majority of staff were friendly and efficient. Location is excellent. Breakfast staff were helpful. Bathroom and shower were good.
Negative: Most of the double glazed units in this room had been removed making it noisy. The pipes clanged for most of the night adding to the noise. The bath towel was the smallest I have seen.
