positiv: The hotel is ideally situated for the heart of Nottingham. Everywhere is warm and the staff are very welcoming. The food was amazing!
negativ: No, everything lovely especially when the guests in the next room had music blaring. We left it for a while but it didn't improve so i rang the manager. The problem was rectified instantly. A slight critisism was that i felt there should have been a follow up call from the manager to check everything ok
positiv: The hotel was cnetrally centred and the bathroom was nice. The breakfast also had a wide variety and the car parking was interlinked with the hotel. I did not use the onsite gym but had my stay been longer I think I would have.
negativ: Upon arrival at my allocated room, someone else's belongings were in there so I had to go back to reception to change the room. The room was noisy from a) noise outside b) noise between rooms c) noise from the corridor. I also felt the room was small. The pillows were uncomfortable and the slection of tv channels was poor. Furthermore, the internet was over-priced in my opinion.
positiv: All staff were welcoming and helpful
negativ: Problem with eating evening meal in restaurant - initially I was told would have to wait until large group had gone through - not good as lone diner. In end was accommodated to my satisfaction.
