Bus Terminal from Hedge End Train Station at Rose Bowl at entrance to hotel.
Travelling from London:
From the M3, take the M27 East (Airport/Portsmouth) and exit at Jct 7. Take the slip road to the left and follow the Brown signs to the Rose Bowl. Once you have crossed over the M27 motorway, turn left into the Rose Bowl at the traffic lights into Marshall Drive. At roundabout take 2nd exit and continue straight into hotel carpark.

Positive: Good value. Handy location. Ample parking.
Negative: Terrible restaurant - please can we have a "proper" one not order-at-the-bar. I also don't need to hear the staff arguing behind the scenes. Better food and menu needed. Internet should be free. Mobile phone coverage terrible. Poor quality TVs.
Positive: Basic Hotel
Negative: Check in awful, had to wait 30 mins for a picture of the front and back of the company credit card to be faxed to reception, even though they already had a confirmation and the card number when I arrived.
Positive: The hotel itself was clean and functional, the rooms were fine. the bar / restaurant was not very cosy but the food was nice. Functional and perfectly suitable for a short business stay.
Negative: Every member of the staff I came across were grumpy and not friendly at all. Even when we mentioned to the waiter that the starters had been delicious we only received a grumpy grunt in return. Serious staff attitude problems! And some staff wore a dirty uniform (reception)
