Positive: Some staff helpful. Rooms clean an bright. Location great.
Negative: Some staff need not to be in such a rush when talking to you and doing other things at the same time. Awful threadbare chairs in bar and could do with a freshen up. Chair chipped paint in breakfast room and in need of freshen up.
Positive: Fantastic view, comfortable, clean. The receptionist we had the second day was super friendly and efficient.
Negative: I thought there was internet access for free if you had your own device. It costs £14! I think the website was not clear about it. The hallways are very confusing and it feels like a conference centre. It is challenging to find your room.
