Positive: close to times Sq on a tree lined St. perfect for somewhere to crash.
Positive: The size of the rooms for the price in NYC was very nice and the location was very convenient for sight-seeing.
Negative: There is no luggage storage, no porter service and no elevator, so be prepared to carry luggage up to 4 floors. Stairs are narrow and I was concerned about egress in case of fire. I was not offered a free bottled mineral water. The crevices in the headboard were pretty grimy. The hotel appears to allow pets and the barking was annoying.
