positiv: Kleines Hotel, in dem alles stimmt - vor allem das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Eine Rezeption, die englisch spricht und bei jeder Frage hilft. Kleine Zimmer, die aber alles Notwendige haben. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr sauber.

positiv: We had great stay at this holiday. It's in a great location, in the old quarter. The staff at this holiday provide excellent service, always will to help. Rooms are in great condition, very modern in design. Breakfast was good.

positiv: I stayed at Dong Thanh Hotel throughout the duration of my stay in Hanoi in early August, 2012. The rooms are pleasantly basic and clean with aircon, fridge, wi-fi, and even a PC in each room, as well as a TV. I was very satisfied with these amenities for the very reasonable price I paid for the room.
However, the magical pixie dust at this hotel is its staff. They are extremely helpful, kind and polite. When I was unfortunately pick-pocketed in Hanoi and lost my iPhone, the staff insisted on sending one of their members of staff with me to the police station to translate and help me file a report. I am extremely grateful for their kindness and help during that stressful time, and for the wonderful service they provided to me at all times during my stay.

positiv: The location is perfect to visit Hanoi, room are nice and clean, staff is friendly and top skilled for solving problems and helping guests to visit the city and to arrange trips and tours in Halong bay and Sapa.
The impression is always of a very professional and customized service.

positiv: Having arrived in Hanoi before sunrise after a long train journey from China, we were immediately made to feel at home at Hanoi Dong Thanh Hotel. Even though we could not check in to our room straight away, we could sit and relax in the cafeteria having delicious Vietnamese coffee and complimentary Breakfast. Showers would have also been available but we chose to wait for our room to be ready to freshen up.
The location of Dong Thanh Hotel is right in the middle of the action in the Old Quarter. We loved it and walked everywhere. The Dong Thanh hotel was also offering tours but as our visit to Hanoi was only a few days, we decided to use them to explore the city.
All in all the staff at Dong Thanh hotel were very pleasant and extremely helpful and really made the difference to our stay there
