Ruhige Zimmer zum Innenhof und trotzdem mitten im Szeneviertel.
Für die Anzahl der Gäste zu Stoßzeiten zu kleiner Frühstücksraum.
Hotel's comments : Sehr geehrter Gast, in der Tat können wir nicht alle Hotelgäste zur gleichen Zeit bewirtschaften. Deswegen gibt es auch Aushänge bzw. wird darauf hingewiesen, dass die Gäste bitte die gesamte Frühstückszeit nutzen sollten. Jedoch möchten alle am liebsten gleichzeitig essen und selbstverständlich geht das dann nicht. Daher erwarten wir auch seitens der Gäste etwas Verständnis, dass wir dann die Frühstücksgäste aufteilen müssen oder eben Wartezeit in Kauf genommen werden muss. Es ist zu jeder Zeit möglich, das Frühstück mit aufs Zimmer zu nehmen oder dass unsere Rezeption Bescheid gibt sobald ein Tisch frei wird. Doch leider wird da oft auch Unverständnis gestoßen. Wie jedes Restaurant haben auch wir Kapazitätslimits und würden uns über mehr Kooperation seitens der Gäste freuen. Viele Grüße aus Berlin Ihr Zarenhof Team
