Hotel location, surroundings and sights

The hotel is situated in Cuxhaven right opposite the Wernerwald forest and the Finkenmoor marshland. It offers a beautiful view over Neuwerk Island and the beach is only a 2 minutes' walk away. A lovely mudflat hiking tour is a great way to go and visit Neuwerk Island.

  • Grundsätzlich empfehlen wir dieses Hotel wirklich weiter, ganz besonders Reisenden mit Hund!

    Das Frühstück war hervorragend, auch für mich als Vegetarier mehr als ausreichend. Unser ( sehr kurzfristig gebuchtes ) Standardzimmer war völlig ausreichendn und mit Meerblick sowie kleinem Balkon. Sauberkeit, die sich auch durch alle Tag zog. einfach top! Das Bad war auch absolut ok und völlig ausreichend. Fön, sowie Duschgel und Seife waren vor Ort. Als wirklich nett empfanden wir den Wasserkocher und auch Teebeutel auf dem Zimmer als wirklich sehr gastfreundlich.
    Unser Hund war mehr als willkommen! Er hätte auch gerne mit in den Frühstücksraum ( sowie abends Restaurant ) mitkommen dürfen, war aber bei uns nicht nötig. Das Frühstücksbüffett war komplet von Essbereich getrennt.
  • Das Hotel ist recht treppenlastig und daher eher nicht für Menschen mit gehbehinderung geeignet.

  • Größe des Zimmers war optimal, 2 Fernseher (1 vom Sofa aus, 1 vom Bett aus)
  • Rauchen ist in der Bar erlaubt, extreme Lautstärke nachts durch laufende Kühlung direkt vor dem Zimmer, weibliche Bedienung sehr unfreundlich und extrem unsicher.
