Route to the hotel

By car
Exit the motor way A4 at Dresden Wilder-Mann. Turn right and continue in the direction of Moritzburg. At the first crossroad turn left and follow the main road to the next crossroad. Turn right into the Meißner Straße and follow this main street for approx. 800 m. At the traffic light you have to turn right into the Gutenbergstraße. The hotel will be 200 m in front of you.

By train
You take the trams no. 3 (direction Wilder Mann) or no. 7 (direction Weixdorf) to the stop Pirnaischer Platz. Than you change trams and take the tram no. 4 (directions Radebeul Ost or Weinböhla) until the station Schildenstraße.

Seit Wochen geht Kartenzahlung nicht richtig, immer klemmt irgendwas beim Ein- oder Auscheckprozess. Personal nicht ausreichen geschult.

Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert.
Im Badezimmer musste ich in eine Badewanne steigen, um zu duschen, das ist nicht mehr Zeitgemäß und außerdem gefährlich.
Die Parkgebühren und das Frühstück finde ich zu teuer.

Schöne Anlage
Zimmer müssen dringend renoviert werden, Personal überfordert - wieso stelle ich an einem Montagabend zur Hauptcheckin Zeit fast nur Azubis hin, Kartenzahlung geht seit mehreren Wochen nicht - obwohl es mittlerweile jeder Andere wieder im Griff hat.
Hotel's comments : Vielen Dank für Ihren Aufenthalt und Ihre Bewertung. Kreditkartenzahlungen waren jederzeit möglich nur EC/Maestro Zahlungen waren eingeschränkt. Mit freundlichen Grüßen aus Radebeul.

Ebenso sind wir dabein eine Etage unseres "Dresden" Flügel in neuem Glanz erstrahlen zu lassen. Viele Grüße
