By car
When driving from Schiphol Airport to Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport hotel take the A4 towards The Hague. On the A4 take exit 3 ‘Hoofddorp’, after 1,7 km take a left to the N201 (Kruisweg). You will find the hotel on your right hand side


By train
From the airport (Schiphol) you can take the free hotel shuttle departing from the STA desk at arrival hall 4 and opposite the Starbucks.

  • Das Zimmer im 10.Stock (1027) war für mich eines der Besten seit langem! Ein toller Ausblick!
    Wir hatten kleine Wünsche, die sofort erfüllt wurden. Sehr nettes Personal!
    Zu Corona Zeiten wurde trotzdem ein gutes, hygienisches Frühstücksbuffet angeboten.
    Kommen sehr gerne wieder!
  • Sauberkeit ausbaufähig. Reklamation wird aber sofort bearbeitet!

  • Gefallen hat die Freundlichkeit des Personals und dass das Hotel einen nahen hauseigenen Parkplatz anbietet. Der Eingangsbereich großzügig und übersichtlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 6. Etage, dass von der Größe und Sauberkeit unseren Erwartungen entsprach.
  • Gefallen hat uns nicht, dass das Frühstücksbuffet nicht in einem günstigen Bereich zugänglich gewesen ist. Auf beiden Seiten nur eine kurze Strecke und auch die Waren sind nicht genügend geschützt zu Corona-Zeiten, aufgebaut gewesen. Rührei extrem ungenießbar und mit den anderen warmen Zutaten nicht gerade besonders einladend angeboten. Brötchen schrecklich und kaum zu genießen. Es fehlte dunkles Brot. Das Brot war ohne Handtuch, dass man hätte benutzen können, um sich selber Brot zu schneiden, für jedermann in die Hand zu nehmen. Einfach zu Corona-Zeiten undenkbar. Leider fehlte ein wenig Gebäck und auch das Gemüse war sehr wenig einladend angerichtet. Außerdem fehlte ein Angebot an Fisch bzw. Fischsalat.
    Das Frühstück ist nicht in unserem Sinne gewesen und wir empfanden es auch nicht positiv, in welchem Bereich sich unglaublich viele Menschen um die Speisen herum aufhielten. Frühstück ist extrem verbesserungswürdig. Zu erwähnen: Kaffee sehr gut.

  • - die gute Lage und Erreichbarkeit (derzeit ist bedingt durch eine Baustelle die direkte Zufahrt nicht möglich, man muss der ausgeschilderten Umleitung A folgen und kommt so von hinten auf den Hotelparkplatz)
    - man kann das Zentrum von Hoofddorp auch zu fuß ganz gut in 25 min erreichen, dort gibt es Geschäfte und Restaurants
    - schnelle Erledigung von Problemen, z.B. mit dem Fernseher
    - Frühstück wieder als Buffett
  • - Wasserdruck in der Dusche
    - Zimmer war recht staubig, insbesondere der untere offene Teil des Nachtschranks
    -sehr viele schreiende und herumtobende Kleinkinder im Bereich der Lobby/des Restaurants insbesondere beim Frühstück

  • Der Wasserkocher muss dringend ausgetauscht werden. Hat viele Flecken. In der Dusche sind mehrere kleine Stellen mit Schimmel. Die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter haben jeden Wunsch erfüllt, den wir hatten, daher waren die Mängel nicht ganz so bedeutend.
