WLAN. Coffee (Nespresso) in room and mineral water. Fridge. Great bed. Close to City and shopping center. Breakfast. Parking nearby (but extra cost).

Safe didn't work.
Hotel's comments : My apologies for the inconvenience. The batteries must have depleted that is why it didn't work. It is pitty you didn;t reported that to our front office as they would have been replaced at once.

Personal beim Frühstückspartner war etwas langsam und die kleine Kaffeemaschine für ein Hotel am morgen nicht sinnvoll.

Das Aparthotel kann man sehr empfehlen! Es bietet alles, was man für einen Kurztrip nach Krakow benötigt. Fußläufig zum Stadtzentrum.

Wir befinden uns im Zentrum von Krakau und die Entfernung zur Altstadt beträgt 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, es fehlten aber im Bad Haken und Ablagemöglichkeiten, und im Zimmer gab es außer dem Sofa nur einen Stuhl und für Kleidung einen kleinen Schrank mit nur einem Fach. Sollen die beiden Gäste ihre Sachen im Koffer auf dem Fußboden lassen? Der Tisch über dem Kühlschrank war zu hoch, um daran zu sitzen und zu schreiben. Wer plant solche Hotelzimmer??
Zum Frühstück muss man aus dem Haus in ein Restaurant gehen, dort gibt es nur fünf fertige Varianten von Frühstück, wer mehr als eine Tasse Kaffee oder Tee möchte, muss extra zahlen.

Alle unsere Zimmer wurden nach dem Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels eingerichtet. Wir haben auch Studio-Apartments mit einem zusätzlichen Tisch und Stühlen - ideal für die Arbeit mit einem Computer.
