  • Die Freundlichkeit und der Service. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, bequeme Betten und ein sehr schönes Bad. Auch der Wunsch nach einem teppichfreien Zimmer wurde erfüllt.
  • Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt sind die etwas zu kleinen Portionen der Hauptgerichte. Geschmacklich aber gut!

  • Super freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal, schnelle Bedienung. Alle arbeiten mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Schöner Wellnessbereich mit abwechslungsreichen Saunen. Auch mein zweiter Aufenthalt hier war toll.

  • Alles sauber, moderne Zimmer, bequeme Betten, toller Wellness Bereich, super freundliches Personal. Wir haben nur einmal im Hotel gegessen, das war mega lecker und raffiniert gewürzt. Sehr hochwertiges Essen, wenn auch vielleicht etwas kleine Portionen.

  • Die Lage ist optimal für ausgiebige Wanderungen im Repetal und rund um den Biggesee. Das Personal ist zu jederzeit super freundlich gewesen und das Hotel macht einen sehr sauberen Eindruck
  • Keine Informationen bzgl. Spa Angeboten etc. auf den Zimmern, im Badzimmer muss man schon geübt sein, um sich zwischen Tür und Toilette herschlängeln zu können. Das Restaurant bietet abends nur 3 Hauptgänge zur Auswahl an. Liegt wahrscheinlich an dem Halbpensionsangebot, welches uns leider zu keiner Zeit angeboten wurde. Im Spa Bereich ist uns leider negativ aufgefallen, dass die Liegen durch Handtücher von anderen Gästen reserviert wurden und man Nachmittags keine Chance hatte zwei Liegen zu ergattern.
