  • Hotel's comments : Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback zu unserem Hotel. Es ist uns wichtig zu betonen, dass unser Personal stets bemüht ist, einen effizienten und freundlichen Service zu bieten.
  • Die Heizung im Zimmer lässt sich nicht regulieren bzw. ausschalten. Die Schalteinrichtung im Zimmer ist ohne Funktion. Nach Angaben der Rezeption lässt sich die Heizung nur zentral über die Haustechnik steuern. Ergebnis: rund um die Uhr bläst die Lüftungsanlage sehr warme Luft in das Zimmer, hörbar und spürbar. Absolut unsinnig und nervig.
  • Hotel's comments : Wir bedauern jedoch, die Unannehmlichkeiten mit der Heizungsanlage.

  • Das Zimmer hatte einen Safe.
  • Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren nicht besonders freundlich. Das konnte ich mehrfach erfahren. Das Zimmer war sehr warm nachts, und man konnte die Heizung nicht abstellen. In der Dusche war der Abfluss beschädigt. Die Matratze war sehr hart und die Kissen ziemlich klein.

  • Hoteltiefgarage war sehr voll, die Parkplätze alle in Kleinwagengröße, habe dann dort nicht geparkt, weil alles zu eng.

  • Alles ist irgendwie in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders im Bad müsste mal was gemacht werden. Wirkt schon sehr 90iger.
