Please let us know the address and your email which we have to use for the invoice. The personal apartment handover takes place with our house manager, which can be done Mon. to Fri. between 03:00 pm and 06:00 pm. If you arrive outside these hours, you will receive instructions from us by email on the day of your arrival, with which you can easily check in on your own. Frau an der Rezeption unfreundlich,trotz Verspätung am Morgen kein Wort für Entschuldigung übrig. Parkplatz unzureichend erklärt!Hatten einige andere Gäste am Morgen das gleiche Problem mit der Ausfahrt/Schranke!!! Konnte nicht mit dem Ausfahrtsticket geöffnet werden , weil eben nicht ausreichend erklärt wurde!!! Schade.
