  • Klimaanlage kühl nicht bei niedrigen Aussentemperatur auch wenn es im Zimmer zu warm ist.
    Frühstück ist das Geld nicht wert.

  • Sauberkeit Zimmer (Staub am Boden - 3 Tage lang), hätte man schon mal durchsagen können, Platzangebot beim Frühstück - war wohl eine Ausnahme am Sa., weil Hotel ausgebucht, So. & Mo. wesentlich entspannter

  • Trotz ausdrücklichem Wunsch eines Doppelbettes in der Reservierung zwei Einzelbetten, da auch keine Doppelbetten vorhanden

  • Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und den Personaleinsatz beim Frühstück, wenn die Gäste eines ganzen Reisebusses über das Frühstücksbuffet herfallen und das Personal gar nicht hinterher kommt. Die Kaffeemaschinen bereiten die Getränke leider nur lauwarm zu.
