Das Frühstück war von Auswahl und Qualität her in Ordnung. Der Empfang im Frühstücksbereich sowie die Betreuung an den Buffetstationen waren teilweise freundlich. Trotz hoher Auslastung war das Angebot ausreichend und wurde nachgefüllt.

Der Service im hoteleigenen Bistro am Abend war unzureichend. Trotz Nachfrage wurde ich rund eine Stunde lang nicht bedient; nach etwa 30 Minuten hieß es, ein Kollege komme gleich mit der Karte, danach passierte weitere 30 Minuten nichts. Ich habe das Bistro schließlich ohne Bestellung verlassen und extern gegessen. Auch die Organisation des Frühstücksraums ist problematisch. Der sehr enge Aufbau mit zwei Buffettheken links und rechts eines schmalen Gangs führt bei hohem Gästeaufkommen zu starkem Gedränge. Gäste und Personal kommen sich ständig in die Quere, da es keine getrennten Laufwege gibt. Das Personal wirkte dadurch gestresst; Nachfragen wurden teils sehr plump beantwortet.
