Inspiration comes from Japanese heritage townhouses from the Edo period. //Covid-19 Measures - All guests are required to complete the information required for contact tracing and travel declaration form at the Front Desk prior to checking in. There will also be a mandatory temperature screening for every guest entering the property. - Starting with our public spaces and high-traffic areas- we are going above and beyond our normal protocols. We are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency with recommended cleaning agents. - Hand sanitisers are being installed at hotel entrances- at our front desks- our elevator banks- hotel lobby- dining areas and meeting spaces. - In guest rooms- we have elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean all surfaces- especially touchpoints- with hospital-grade disinfectants. We will also be placing face masks and gel hand sanitisers in each room for your use. - Every room will also have a 24 hour wait period after each use before the next guest is allowed to check-in//
