Construction hours are as follows- 6 am - 730 am-Construction may begin with workers required to speak in low voices and no power tools are allowed. 730 am - 6 pm-Normal construction. 6 pm - 9 pm-Construction may continue with workers required to speak in low voices and no power tools are allowed.
