Check In und Technologie mangelhaft - keine Mail mit Check In Daten erhalten, Mail Adresse angeblich nicht von HRS bekommen. Sind halt immer die anderen Schuld. - Zum Check In müssen alle Daten manuell nochmal eingegeben werden. Warum? Das meiste davon ist in HRS schon vorhanden. So funktioniert Digitalisierung nicht -Die Raumbeleuchtung geht per Zeitschaltung irgendwann aus. Toll, im Dunkeln durchs Zimmer zu stolpern, um wieder einzuschalten - Händewaschen schwierig, weil eine Hand immer vor dem Sensor sein muss, damit Wasser kommt - Fluchtweg versperrt mit brennbarem Material
