Die bemühte Freundlichkeit/Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Wir baten darum, länger das Zimmer benutzen zu können aus Termingründen, was uns großzügig gewährt wurde!

-Es gab keinen Aufzug zum 1. Stock, für Personen mit Gehbehinderungen plus Gepäck eine Zumutung! Die Parkplätze vor dem Hotel waren auch nach Abreise aller Gäste belegt - durch "zahlende Dauerparker?" Wir hatten eine Garage mit Gebühr gebucht, doch unser Auto paßte nicht hinein - sie war zu klein! Also mußte daneben und auf dem zugehörigen Parkplatz geparkt werden! Die mündliche Auskunft: wir sind in einer ruhigen Straße, da findet man einen Parkplatz - ist augenscheinlich nicht zutreffend: kein freier Platz sichtbar! Man fragt sich: woher hat dieses Hotel 4 Sterne?!
