Villa Art Novis is located in a pre-war building from 1907. Previously, the building belonged to the Higher School for Girls Empress Victoria's Victoriaschule and used to be a library and director's house. In 2018, we started a general renovation of the historic tenement house to breathe new life into it and give it its former splendor. Thanks to this, in the spring of 2019, we were able to accommodate the first travelers in our elegant, spacious rooms. Following all the requirements of the conservator of monuments with great care, we managed to create a warm place with a modern interior and historical spirit that will delight the most demanding guests. Each room is equipped with a beautifully finished bathroom with a shower, a comfortable bed, a large work desk and a coffee corner.
