The ambiance and decor, the very friendly and helpful and experienced staff. The welcome was excellent, the offers of assistance wonderful and the service in the restaurant and bar exceptional. The bar manager, Curtis, in the bar and the breakfast room was particularly outstanding (the winter Troo...

The fact that we were in work during all the daylight hours meant we only got to see the views in the dark, which is a great shame!...
