A 15 minute walk will take you into the town centre with vibrant cafes and bars along with a VUE cinema, and a five minute cab ride will get you to Darlington's main train station on the East Coast Main Line. Darlington is an excellent base to see the many treasures of the North East and North Yorkshire with hidden gems just a short drive away. Plenty of free on street parking is available in front of the building, and for those renting a car, we're just a short walk from two main rental car companies. We're only a 20 minute drive from Teesside Airport (MME). Our next nearest airport is Newcastle (NCL) which usually takes around 45-60 minutes by car. We have an excellent associated partner who specialises in executive transfers so do let us know if you need an airport shuttle arranging.

Our building is ideally located for local industry and Tees Valley businesses, close to transport links and Darlington’s attractions with excellent access to the motorways of the North East. We have a beautiful, new, peaceful building that welcomes you to a relaxing environment – we have a strict policy that all adult party groups are NOT allowed. So you can be sure of a peaceful night's sleep! with modern amenities, and a Building Manager on site.

From our 652 sqft Executive Platinum Suites to our 472 sqft Standard Apartments they are all designed for a quality stay. With homely equipment and furnishings and two bedrooms, Some have King beds, and some have Doubles or Singles combined to SuperKing, there's plenty of space to call home. Standard suits a variety of groups, or even if you just want your own space to relax and spread. Our Ground Floor studios also have a small courtyard patio garden for privacy and outdoor space. The living areas include a Platinum Apartment 55 inch Smart TV to a Standard 43 inch TV, high speed fibre wi-fi and a fully equipped kitchen/diner with a bath or shower room. Time to relax in a pleasant lounge overlooking the wooded greenery.
