A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, there is a 1.4% credit card surcharge when using a credit card. Please note construction of a high rise residential building has commenced on one of the exterior boundaries of the resort complex. Rooms in the direct vicinity of this boundary may be impacted by an increase in noise levels between the hours of 06:30 -18:30, Monday to Saturday. During this time resort staff will do their best in meeting any guest requests in allocating away from the affected areas. Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers/Mantra/BFree Surfers Paradise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that accommodation is serviced once a week. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Surrounding Area Noise Works Notice: Please note, due to the construction of the Gold Coast Light Rail in the area, there will be overnight construction works occurring which may cause noise disruption from 11 July to 31 December 2024. We apologise for any inconvenience. Construction: Please note construction of several residential high rises is ongoing on the exterior boundaries of the resort complex. Rooms in the direct vicinity of the boundary may be impacted by construction noise between 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday- Saturday. During this time, the property staff will do their best to allocate away from affected areas. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding.
