Please note, the property does not have a lift and guests may be required to carry their luggage to the upper floors. Pets are welcome, but please advise the hotel in advance using the Special Requests section. Please note a deposit of GBP 150 is required when bringing a pet. Please note guests under 18 of age cannot be accepted at the property without adult supervision. Please ensure your pets are well behaved at all times. Dogs must never be left unattended in rooms, and if cats are left unattended they must be caged; this is in case we need to enter the room for some reason. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own pets’ bedding. Guests are responsible for any mess, damage or personal injuries resulting from their pet.(e.g. scratches on carpet or furniture, soiling carpet or bed linen etc…). The hotel reserves the rights to charge guest for the cost of any damages and extra cleaning etc. Guests need to present a valid credit or debit card with ID upon arrival to guarantee their booking.
