Hotel has nice views. beautiful and clean room with all the basic needs

There are many things that went wrong. Simply most people working there are incompetent and unfit to work in customer service. They messed up my laundry and breakfast billing. when asked about it, they are not even apologetic about it, neither assured to fix it. Their standard replies are like I will check, I don't know. I had to follow up with them many time to get sorted. I simple couldn't rely on them in anything that involves human effort.
