Lagrange Vacances L'Estran offers fully furnished and equipped apartments on the Côte de Lumière. Lagrange Vacances L'Estran is located just 200 meters from the first shops and 2 km from the mall. It is in Le Château d’Olonne 4 km from the seaside resort of Les Sables d’Olonne and 1.5 km from the Tanchet beach. All apartments have an equipped kitchen with 2 hotplates, an electric coffee-maker and a balcony with garden furniture. Each room has a furnished balcony or terrace, a private bathroom and a TV with satellite and cable channels. The hotel has 2 floors and features 2 heated, outdoor swimming pools and a children’s playground. Lagrange Vacances L'Estran is situated opposite the sea, between the city centre and Puits d’Enfer cliff. It offers a privileged location from which to discover over 10 km of wild coastline and 1200 hectares of well-preserved forest. The cycle path La Vélodyssée® (the Atlantic EuroVelo route spanning 1,200 km from Roscoff to Hendaye and running along the entire coastline of Pays des Olonnes) passes in front of the residence. It allows you to reach the center of Les Sables-d'Olonne by following the seaside. Reception opening hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday: from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00. Saturday: from 08:00 to 10:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price, however guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. For stays of 7 nights nad more, final cleaning is not included. Please note that breakfast costs EUR 10 per adult, and EUR 5.50 per child aged 3 to 10. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at an extra cost of : - EUR 9 per person per stay for bed linen - EUR 9 per person per stay for towels. Please note that the city tax and security deposit are to be paid upon arrival on site. Optional services to be paid on site: baby bed : EUR 15/ stay- baby high chair: EUR 15 per stay– baby bed + baby high chair kit : EUR 25 per stay. A EUR 39 weekly fee applies per pet (max 2 pets authorized per accommodation).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
