Set in Moniga, Residence Primera offers a large garden with a pool, tennis court and BBQ. Apartments all come with a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony or patio, some overlooking Lake Garda. The Primera Residence includes a mini market, restaurant and bar. It provides entertainment from the end of May until mid September. The swimming pool is open from April until October. There is also a children's playground, table tennis and darts. In the apartments there is a comfortable living room with satellite TV and a bathroom with shower. The residence provides free parking and is 10 minutes' drive from Gardagolf Country Club. You have discounts for a number of local attractions including Aqua Paradise, Natura Viva and Movieland. The two-room or three-room apartment can be located on the first floor or on the ground floor based on availability, Guests cannot choose. The first set of bed linen and towels is free of charge. During your stay, it is possible to request a new set of bed linen/towels. Every new set of bed linen costs EUR 8 per person and a new set of towels costs EUR 3 per person. Two sun beds and one parasol per apartment are included. Any extra sunbed is charged EUR 10. Please note that check-in on Saturdays is from 16:00 to 20:00. For information about late check-in, please contact the property in advance. Late check out is possible until 12:00 upon availability and will be charged EUR 20.
