This covers the replacement of bedding and specialist cleaning. Please note that the property cannot accommodate stag or hen parties or large groups. All breakages, damages and losses must be reported as soon as possible. These allow guests to park free of charge in the Swinney and Lodmoor long-stay carparks. Permits to park on street in the relevant nearby zones are available for registered guests with disabilities, but the property cannot guarantee a space nearby. Bookings must be paid via credit or debit card, prior to arrival. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages or missing items if necessary. Please do not consumer takeaway meals in your room.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
