Aufgrund einer Überbuchung wurde mir ein anderes Hotel besorgt. Das andere Hotel (Terminal Park, Neben dem Mühlweg 12, 65474 Bischofsheim ) hatte keine Rezeption, keinen Service oder Ansprechpartner. Leider habe ich bis heute keine Antwort auf meine Bitte mir eine Hotelrechnung zu schicken. Da ich geschäftlich unterwegs bin, habe ich ergo keine Möglichkeit diese Übernachtung mit der Firma abzurechnen. Für mich ist da NULL Service!
