Lärm in Räumen des Hauses bis weit in die Nacht ohne Reaktion des Hotels, auch nicht nach Aufforderung.

Das Hotel hatte eine Geburtstagsfeier in den Gemeinschaftsräumen. Mehrfachere Bitten um Ruhe an die Rezeption, um schlafen zu können,wurden ignoriert und erst weit nach Mitternacht realisiert. Für mich nicht akzeptabel.
