All apartments have fully equiped kitchenette (microwave, toaster, kettle...), hall,full bathroom (hairdryers in all bathrooms) , terrace, TV satellite, safe deposit box and telephone. The apartments are very spacious, warmly decorated in bright spring colours with comfortable pine furniture. Large gardens with exotic plants, 2 swimming pools ( main pool and children´s pool with sun terraces, pool bar . This unique resort is situated just five minutes from the exciting Playa de las Americas and all its shops, beaches and entertainment. The Regency Club has some units with views of the Atlantic Ocean and is only 20 kilometers from Reina Sofia Airport.

Special features of the hotel

Please inform the Residencial Neptuno in advance of their expected arrival time. Guests must pay a deposit of 125 € on arrival to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out and is subject to an inspection by the housing to assess whether there has been any damage. There is a deposit for the use of remote control TV 20 € . Private parking is located 15 m from the hotel and carries a EUR 40 surcharge per week. Prices may vary depending on the time of year and parking must be reserved in advance.
