The reception is open till 20 o'clock. After 20 o'clock we leave your room keys in our Night safe. When you arrive you should ring on the front door. The door opens automatically. You go in and see on the right side a phone on the wall. We call you on this phone go (please take the phone when it rings) and pass on you the code for the Tressor. Therefore the check is possible any time. ++++Attention: The city of Köln charges an overnight stay tax of 5% on the room accommodation rate from 01.12.2014, which needs to be paid by the guests. This tax is NOT INLCUDED in the HRS rates and needs to be paid additionally in the hotel.
