From Brescia Est Highway exit, take the State Road 45bis – Gardesana Occidentale for 45km. In Gardone Riviera follow the signs for the Vittoriale degli Italiani, follow the street up to the hill (direction San Michele) until reaching an intersection where on the right side you will find the Hotel sign. The “Residence Borgo degli Ulivi” enjoys a quiet location at about 2,5 km from the centre of Gardone Riviera in a beautiful 20.000 m² park with Mediterranean vegetation. From here you have an outstanding view to the lake. The Residence was painted in colours, typical for the surrounding villages. Given its perfect location it is the ideal starting point for excursions to the surrounding area. All our apartments are spacious and luxuriously furnished; each one with veranda or balcony. They are equipped with a kitchenette, satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning in the main bedroom, safe and hair-dryer. Our facilities include a swimming pool and a children’s pool, Jacuzzi, bar, snack bar, BBQ AREA, garage, parking lots, a lift that connects the garage with the main building,a relaxation room  and FREE WIFI in the common areas. Children can enjoy themselves on the playground or in the play-room. Opening period of the swimming pool: from the beginning of mai till 20th ca. of September. IMPORTANT FOR THE PERIOD FROM 20 OCTOBER TO 31 DECEMBER 2013: CHECK IN TIME FROM 2.00 TO 5.00 PM PAYMENT UPON ARRIVAL  RECEPTION AND  BAR ARE OPEN FROM 8.30 TO  12.30 AM  Every morning a delivery service on request offers you newspapers, fresh bread and rolls. There is also a possibility of breakfast at the bar and a laundry service available. In addition you may book Shiatsu massages, a soft animation programm is organized in july and august.
