I paid for early check in but was allotted a room which was not even cleaned (previous occupant sheets and towels everywhere); then i had to go to reception and they allotted me a room. there was no kettle in this new room. i had to ask at reception 3 times before i got the kettle in my room. there were busloads of tourists in the hotel so may be single occupants like us were not priority. I would not stay here again.

I don't like that main lobby door become a smoking corner and area. Every day the main door is blocked. Whenever the door is opened, the smokes also enter the main lobby and breakfast area so it was not so nice.
