The Jubilee and Culture Cycle Path runs right past the hotel and connects to the large network of cycle paths around Lake Neusiedl. The network of more than 500 km of paths leads to almost every corner of the region. The nature, leisure and sports paradise of Lake Neusiedl is 7 km away and can be easily reached by bike or car. Explore our surroundings by bike and see the beauty of our landscape for yourself. It is not for nothing that this area was declared a World Heritage Site in 2003. Gols is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the Neusiedlersee National Park, to Vienna or for trips to Sopron (Ödenburg, Hungary) or to Bratislava (Pressburg, Slovakia).

Hotel Description
The Birkenhof - B & B - feel-good hotel with weekend restaurant is located in Gols, the wine center on the eastern shore of Lake Neusiedl (7 km away) and enjoys a long family tradition. Quiet, away from the main road directly at the Gols Biotope Park you can end the day beautifully. The spacious rooms are furnished in country house style and create a homely atmosphere. You can enjoy the rich gourmet champagne breakfast buffet in the light-flooded orangery or in the beautiful, quiet garden from 7:30 am to 10:30 am. The Birkenhof is also the ideal venue for events such as seminars, weddings or other functions. Parking spaces with carports are available to our guests free of charge directly in front of the hotel.
Special features of the hotel
A very warm atmosphere awaits you at the Birkenhof. As the restaurant is not open from Sunday afternoon to Thursday, we have set up a self-service wine and drinks bar for our guests. Our guests can also check in independently. Our restaurant is open all day on Friday and Saturday and until 14:00 on Sunday. As a group, we are also happy to cook for you on other days, on advance booking for lunch or dinner. And, of course, we can also spoil you with culinary delights for seminars and conferences. We are also happy to host family celebrations such as weddings, birthdays, christenings, etc. on our premises and cook for you and your guests with tasty dishes made from top-quality ingredients.
